Fun Festivities:

The Well is 501c3 nonprofit, which means we solely run off of donations and grants, from generous people like YOU! At The Well, we believe in creating lasting change for women survivors who have faced some of life’s toughest challenges and trauma such as— addiction, abuse, trafficking, exploitation, generational poverty and more. Giving Tuesday is a day to stand with us and make a tangible difference! Every contribution you make empowers a woman to rise, transform her life, and supports her to write her story of hope.

100% of the proceeds support essential programs in a women's healing journey:

  • Life Development Initiative- We journey alongside women survivors as they build a plan to work toward goals. We offer opportunity to learn life skills through workshops, counseling, life planning, employment, resources, and mentorship.
  • Workforce Development (Hon's Honey)- A social enterprise where women survivors in our Life Development Initiative can earn fair wages to learn sustainability for themselves and become a part of a healing work community.
  • Free Childcare- ⁠Free childcare is offered to committed Mentees in our Life Development Initiative. Reliable and secure childcare empowers both a woman and her children to grow and thrive, together.
  • Safe-Residential Housing- We provide housing units that can accommodate women and their families. Safe and affordable housing removes a barrier for women to achieve their goals.
  • Outreach- We provide essential needs to our community through a drop-in center to provide food, clothing, casework, showers, and more— This is where trust and relationships begin.
